The Duffers have a chance to write the most heartwarming, emotional lumax scenes.

• Max wakes up from her coma.
• Max talking with Lucas about her emotions. (Like how Billy's death affected her.) (There was a scene in season 2 where Max was open to Lucas and said how scared she was of being like Billy. It's like a scene. A scene like this)
• Lucas talks to Max about his guilt and says he's sorry. And Max comfort him says it's not him fault.
• And they say "I love you" to each other

The scene where Max wakes up has to be one of the most emotional scene in the show. It should make me cry. (And I rarely cry while watching anything. I’ve cried watching something like 2 times in my life.) And of course Lucas should be by her bedside.

dustin saw max kiss lucas and had to congratulate him after the slow dance was over. max had second thoughts after witnessing this.
